Annie Sismanian is the CFO of Canada Indigenous Loan Guarantee Corporation (CILGC) and is recognized as a results-driven finance executive with a strong strategic focus. Appointed in July of 2025 as CFO of CILGC, Ms. Sismanian has a proven track record of overseeing complex business situations and driving organizational change and growth in mining, metals, and energy organizations. In her 20-year career, she has held senior finance and corporate development roles at companies such as Kinross Gold, Hydro One, and Barrick Gold, and was most recently CFO at Wyloo Canada.

Ms. Sismanian is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) and holds a Master of Management and Professional Accounting from the Rotman School of Management (University of Toronto) and an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration from the Schulich School of Business (York University).
