Marie-Élise is the Director of the Infrastructure and Regional Strategies division within the Minerals Programs Branch at Natural Resources Canada. Her responsibilities include leading the deployment of the $1.5 billion Critical Minerals Infrastructure Fund. Previously, she was the Director of COVID-19 Vaccine Roll-out Policy at the Public Health Agency of Canada. Her prior experience includes over a decade of service at the centre of the Government of Canada, at both the Privy Council Office and the Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat.
