Chint Kulkarni is Managing Director and Head of Industry & Client Coverage within CIBC’s Global Corporate Banking business. With over 25 years of banking experience, Chint oversees Corporate Banking industry verticals across Canada—including Power & Utilities, Project Finance & Infrastructure, and Diversified Industries—as well as global coverage for Mining & Forest Products.
She has held senior roles such as Head of Loan Syndications and Sustainable Finance and has deep expertise advising clients on complex financings.
Chint is an active member of several leadership committees, including the CIBC Capital Markets Board, Global Deals Committee and Credit Committee, and serves as Chair of the Capital Markets Inclusion Action Committee.
She is a Chartered Financial Analyst and holds an MBA in Finance from McMaster University and an Honours BA from McGill University.
